Apparently the blocks that make the arms are larger than the blocks that make the gun, when viewed in-game :/

Ah, you don't reskin the guns using WinRAR, you use WinRAR to open the .zip file, then read the .txt file called 'SMGInstructions.' It tells you how to change the gun.
