Proper grammar, spelling, and not using all caps in chat helps a lot, as well as limiting your profanity* whenever somebody kills you. Also, refraining from using the words "owned" "noob" and "umad" helps too.

Change in-game name, stop being dumb with new name, problem solved. Stop giving people a reason not to like you. Server owners are justified in kicking dumb people, and votekicking has never been a problem for me.
