.. ok. looks like my port forwarding skills are worse than I thought. while trying to forward the port for my server, I blocked myself from playing online...
please disregard any bug reports

same thing happens to me but PFPortChecker doesn't work.

You don't need to keep reposting it. The more you do, the less people will help you.
Try port-forwarding as Wakka said. Try using a server browser.

Use PFPortChecker to see if you've got the right port forwarded. It's free, and easy to use.

I can't connect to any server. 0.33 worked fine. I've tried alternate browser, reinstall, my name is not deuce. I will volunteer my time to help fix the problem (have done network programming in the past)
ALSO: noone can connect to my server (oneeyedjack) apparently even though it passes the master server's connection test (i can connect to it over the lan)

also also, this is a fresh install of windows 7 x64 behind an openbsd NAT (0.33 worked fine so that's not the problem)

every single server is 'full or misconfigured'
