I've been on forums with more developed registration, all the spammers have to do is jump through the hoops and make their run across the forums. In this case, the answer is more active admins/mods I believe.

Dedicated bastards they are.

For forums, sure. That may require we migrate to different software or something. At least need a captcha of sorts for it.

Probably because according to http://www.checksitetraffic.com/traffic_spy/ace-spades.com this website is getting a lot of traffic, which in turn, attracts advertisers.

Oh and apparently, the server is located just off the coast of Africa in the Gulf of Guinea.
