it's not that hard really
just make an account upload an avatar it will automaticly become the default for your email adress
you might have to fiddle with the options a bit mine gave me a little trouble

Nobody reads the readme. Nobody reads the forum guidelines either, but I'm sure they'd read a sticky if it said "HOW TO CHANGE AVATAR" or something on it.

To change your avatar,go to Gravatar.
http://en.gravatar.com/
1.Sign up with THE SAME EMAIL you used as the account to have here.
(Lets say my email was "Arbiter@EMAIL.com" and I used that email both on this account and Gravatar.)
2.Select your image/pic/avatar.
3.Wait a few minutes...
4.Now you have your avatar.

If you have any problems,repeat the steps.
If you STILL have problems,the post a topic about your problem in the help section/forum
