You can open .PCX with GIMP or with photoshop but it loads too long for me so i use gimp. And you can make them transparent with alpha channel

Thanks a lot!

But, I have another question.

Do you know how to actually make ironsights "realistic" looking? By 'realistic', I mean, having all of the blocks and shit. I've used slab6 and doubled demensions twice, then made a couple of iron sights to refine in paint.NET. However, when I take a picture of the screen, it will turn into a .PCX , which I can't open with anything I have installed, much less edit. Does anybody know a solution to this?

paint doesn't allow it to be see-through. Use Paint.NET or something else.

The white becomes part of the sights when you use paint. Use photoshop and cut out the background layer.

Before I even go into this, don't say some bullshit like, "use the search function, durr!". I've searched the forums for help on this but nothing relevant has shown up.

I've edited some ironsights I downloaded for the game to make them look a tad better, using paint. I renamed them to "semi" and "smg", and then I tried them out. Turns out whenever I aim down the sights, the whole screen (with the exception of my sights) turn white. The sights were the way I wanted them, but everything around it was fucked up :/

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong here? I know this is a noob question, but save the trolling for later.
