I'm not sure if that's the problem, but the next time I can't do team chat I'll try pressing caps lock in case it's on.

Usually chat works fine but once every few days or so I try to chat by pressing "T" and "Y" but it does nothing to the game. This also seems to happen in crucial moments when I find a tunnel leading to the other team's intel or something like that. :(
Why is this happening?
