This isn't a GUI Server, it's just a console app. I can give Server Owners a Tool that will do what you listed. The hardest part was Showing what Players were saying, but I got that working, so I incorporated it into my Website.

I can easily add it so it'll display the players.

P.s. A public release will be soon, I just gotta, oh you know, re-write the entire fuck program.

The sever back end is being developed with more administration features like what you have said.

Perhaps something that lists the players, and their ID's, as well as something that shows what people are saying? This would making moderating a server a LOT easier.
