..another thread. We've asked you before to keep announcements to a minimum here as they can be seen to spam up the clan forum a bit.

Upon the posting of this thread I am forming the [HK] management team.

The management team is to help...manage...the clan, they get the biggest say in our future ventures, their opinions and suggestions carry more weight, and are generally the most listened to and respected members of the clan.

The team will consist of every [HK] member of [Sergeant] rank or higher.

As I will need to seek counsel form these members form time to time, I would like each of you to email me so i can add you to my contacts.

In the email, make your name the subject and just say hi and stuff, so i can add you.

So that is THESE members:

On a more official note.

I am giving each management member the power to reject an application to our clan without my consent. you may NOT approve anyone to join however.

I want to see YOU guys taking an active part in keeping out threads clean etc, if sumone spams kindly ask them to stop, if sumone has an enquiry, answer it or if you cant, direct them to me. etc etc etc

The most important thing here though, is that you can reject an application for any reason you see fit, we want applicants to have been playing for at least a few months, must have a forum account for 2 weeks minimum etc.

And lastly, if you are addressing an applicant or a spammer or writing ANYTHING official to lower ranks or to the general public, end your message or post with this....
