Clone troopers would seem to fit better than Jedi. What kind of Jedi shoots guns? Lightsabers also don't fit as the gun texture. Perhaps it could be used if melee weapons are ever added to the game, but for now, no. Just my two cents.

Umm, but you should at least try to make it 100% perfect. For example, different colored lightsabers would be enough. Or even better, make something original. For example, lightspade :D Not too dumb, quite funny and fits in sci-fi SW theme. And don't make stuff because you have to do it quick before dude you're making it for loses patience. People can and must wait. This is ART, not chinese toy factory.

Of course they cant shoot, again. I did this because TheBest wanted it. PLUS its the equivalent to deflecting a laser with your lightsaber, if you would listen to the "shooting" noise

the jedi robes are accurate to those used in episodes I+II, so I have no idea what you are talking about there (unless you are referring to them being blue/green)

also, I know this isn't the best mod, its clearly a novelty thing as intended. You dont permenantly play with these mods, they are just to slap on once in awhile for a chuckle and extra entertainment, which it does VERY well, especially if you are a star wars fan

and sadly this game doesn't support too many modding options yet, so any texture pack you might use wont be 100% perfect

unless you want to download my Gewehr43 gun model, since it would go perfectly with the default gewehr ironsight

So here's actual criticism:

Offsets aren't supposed to be really off.

Lightsabers... Can't actually shoot.

*see my last post* - I'd like to add to this - almost NO DETAIL at all! Especially lightsabers and Jedi robe models are completely different from originals.

You don't even know what's your teammate/enemy holding in hand - rifle, pickaxe or shovel.

Otherwise... Original SW sounds are a very nice touch, though they aren't
meant to be played 3 hours non-stop.

Aaaaaaaaaaand we NEVER use .jpg images. Switch to .png.

Anywho I did this because its what TheBest wanted, so if you think its silly then complain to him, or just don't download it.

Its actually pretty fun IMHO hearing all the starwars noises and seeing people swining around lightsabers.

This has been created and uploaded on behalf of TheBest and is free for all to download and enjoy. If we will be able to change the aiming image in the future I will reupload the pack with the appropriate "iron sights" to complete the mod.
