How feasible would it be to have adjustable voxel resolution (i.e. voxels per block or something)?

The game uses voxels, volume pixels. Everything in the game consists of small blocks. Rather than rendering these blocks as, well, cubes, which would have 6 sides per voxel and be extremely CPU intensive, they are represented by billboard squares. That's 5 faces less per voxel. That's a shit ton considering thousands of voxels are being drawn on the screen at a time.

Basically every voxel is just a really big pixel that always faces the camera. If you look down, all of the voxels around you would be pointing towards you, hence, the strange fish eye effect.

I like the sway, but it should be capped a little. If you spin very fast it can get out of hand.

The fisheye, I don't even understand what the hell is going on. Is it how to engine has to render the voxels or something? Is it just a cosmetic effect? Why?

I don't have any problems with it. I never get sick from a videogame, in any way.
Of course, since I use lolprogamer configs in every game, I wish there was no blur, fog or sway. There should be a way to disable the sway, though, I know people who get sick very easily, even with there's doom-style bob on after 20 minutes.

I'd just like to know what everyone else thinks about the camera in the game, mainly when you look straight down.

I played the game for about an hour and got a serious headache after digging tunnels and trenches and stuff.

It seems utterly needless, and a pain.

Is it there to simulate dysentery or something?
