That happens on teamswitch. While you're dead after pressing B/G and post teamchat message, it shows up to other team.

That explains all. After I was copied this to paint, and opened the game I was killed. A while passed, and I suddenly died and switched to blues. (I didn't press B) I have no idea what caused this.
