You might want to use dark shades of grey to make the parts somewhat contrast, and seem like seperate parts... Like the barrel a bluish medium dark grey, and the plastic parts a dark greensih grey.

Not to make them green or blue, just a subtle hint.

the stok is right but i should have made both the top and the bottom come out to be larger, i just realized that :/
