Open terminal at the location of the .msi and type the following (from the wiki):

chmod +x aos058.msi

wine start aos058.msi

nano ~/.wine/drive_c/Ace\ of\ Spades/config.ini

echo "wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Ace\ of\ Spades/client.exe -\$1" > aos

chmod +x aos
--------------

To play, type: aos aos://*********

the aos://********** line is different for every server. Type the numbers for that server. This server browser shows the address of each server: http://iammorthor.com/aos/

Your username being your ubuntu user name, not in game name.

wine '/home/USERNAME/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Ace of Spades/client.exe' -aos://#######

Type that into terminal and replace the ####### with the server number and USERNAME with your username. If the sounds doesn't work go into your wine config settings, then to the sound tab and change the hardware option (can't remember its full name) to emulation.

How do i get aos to work with ubuntu i have wine But i dont know how to start oas with it. The client is already downloaded.
