Super Crate Box is a 2-D shooter. Theres only one screen and enimes fall from the top.
When you pass over a crate it gives a random weapon. Including but not limited to:
machine gun
revolver
flamethower
bazooka
dual pistols
minigun
katana
And the best part is IT'S FREE! :D

A good indie RTS is DEFCON: Everybody Dies. It's inspired by the movie WarGames and has vector graphics. It's not free, but the demo comes with roughly 3/4 of the game for free.

ohh well Zero-k is free :) well thos games are old, i think you can get most of the for under 15US dollars or 10 euro, i think, ill can give you a link to spring if you want? you'll find 0-k there to, just look under games

caeb98, i dont know any indie RTS games but a know some good ones: Age of empiers 1/2/3, Comand and Conquer (C&C) tiberin dawn, C&C red alert 1/2, C&C red alert 2 yuris revange(Expasion pack) Zero-k (runs on spring rts Engien(i think that one is an indie))
