Can't connect to my own server either, and it's confirmed working with 32/32 90% of the time.

I forwarded/opened my ports to 32887; I used the Port Forward.com website checker and it said that it verified my ports are open. I'm using a static IP and all that, but I can't even connect to my own server. I also disabled my firewalls. What can I do?
