Don't expect members to pop up right away. It took the Komrades, the biggest clan, weeks to get even one member after heavy advertising.

However we are pretty similar, we both want military simulation :P

The Legion is a new clan, set up by QCS, that is trying to add a whole new dimension to Ace of Spades clans and clan warfare.

Firstly, we have a selection process. This isn't particularly strenuous or challenging, however it just proves to us you have the skills to make our clan successful.

Secondly, although we have a server, it is for selection only. For our battles, we join other servers, aiming to help the team we join to victory.

Thirdly, we have a rank system, just like a real army, or armed service. Although there are few ranks, they are the main basis of the clan working effectively.

Our ranks are as follows:

Officers:
1x Major (Clan leader)
1x Captain (Clan Second in Command)
2x Lieutenant (Platoon commanders)

The officers are to ensure the smooth running of the clan, and oversee daily operations.

Next, we have the NCOs:
1x Regimental Sergeant Major (Responsible for training, usually the most senior clan member, junior only to the Major)
2x Company Sergeant Major (Each responsible for a company of 12 men)
Sergeant (Commands one section of 6 men)

The NCOs are responsible for discipline, and leading sections of men.

Corporal (1 per section)
Privates and recruits make up the rest of the clan.

Promotions to the ranks of Lance-Corporal and Lance-Sergeant can be made if a member of the clan proves themselves to be worthy but there are no vacancies for a full promotion.

Clan structure:

The Legion is made up of two companies, each of which are made up of two platoons of 6 men. If the interest in the clan is greater, we can expand to accomadate several extra companies, however seeing as we are a very young clan we are not looking to do this for a while.

At the moment we are looking for people to fill these positions:

Captain
One Lieutenant
Regimental Sergeant Major
One Company Sergeant Major
Two Sergeants

If you apply at the current time, there shall be no training until we have the necessary positions filled to train and assess recruits.
