There is a roundabout way to kick/ban people. But it involves using a network analysis tool in conjunction with a firewall to block the hackers/griefers, it's rather cumbersome but it works for me for now.

For those interested get Wireshark and a firewall of your choice. Use wireshark with the filter: "udp.port eq 32887 and ip.dst == YOUR_IP and udp[9:1]==CLIENT_ID_IN_HEXADECIMAL" the client id is the slot number visible to the left of a players name on the scoreboard. then just hard block that IP with a firewall rule.

I would love kick/ban/ip-ban so much :o

Right now I'm powerless as a host. I know exactly which players are hacking but I can't do a thing.

I'm not expecting to be able to do anything about hackers any time soon, but a voteban/kick would help a lot.
