In my opinion you're doing pretty good for your first videos. ;) It's especally good that you're including others in your videos, people LOVE multi-man video series and things like such. ;)

But a few tips I suggest as to make your series better:

1) Cut it out with the off-topic chatter. :( For example, you were talking to Will about that Drew guy, and we barely knew about him. Instead, you should talk more about your game plan. You did indeed talk some game. You should talk more about your game plan in this series. ;) In addition, maybe you should talk some more about MineCraft to attract some other MineCraft players? :)
2) Make sure to do something noteable in your videos. I thought it was pretty funny that you and Will actually got lost... XD If you do something like that and make that a key part of your videos it would be pretty good. Maybe you could have named that video "Lost in MineCraft" or something. And maybe if you got "stranded" in a place really high up in a video and you were so high that you didn't really know what to do it could be like "GEMME DOWN FROM HERE!!!". Basically, do something in videos that people will want to watch. ;) Cool things are a good start, but funny things are just GREAT, because EVERYONE on YouTube loves a good laugh.
3) Make sure to find a time to do this when you wont be bothered. :P I'm a Coddie, so I play Nazi Zombies A LOT. I try to play for a long time, but I always end up interrupted by something (usually my parents :P ). You said your mom interrupted you for a second, so make sure you have a time in your schedule so that you can record for a while and make a fluent and un-interrupted video that people will respect you for. ;) Saying "My mom had something to tell me" makes you look kinda like a MUCH more little kid, and on a website full of trolls and retards (basically EVERY site), that's one of many things you DEFINITELY don't want to look like.

Hope these tips help you BOOM, and although I don't actually play MineCraft, I'm really looking forward to more of your videos. ;)
