just so everyone knows I'm re-enabling Jo's blacklist privledges. I've talked to him about the suspcious bans. I suggested keeping proof for future bans. Any bans I lifted will remain lifted unless it becomes apparent they were in fact valid. His submissions will be under scrutiny by a lot of people, not just us and faces losing his account if this type of thing happens again.

I can say that this was not out of spite, merely from observation by himself.
We have undone a couple of the bans, but most shall stand since they have been deemed legitimate.
This issue has been blown up to way beyond that which was needed and appropriate.
We'll just be slightly more careful in the future, that is all.
