I started using Google Chrome and that fixed my problem.

I fixed it by using a different browser. Also it had to do with my specific internet connection I was connecting through. ie, wired or wireless.

Yeah, I have this problem too. Infact, many people have this issue. For some people it's simply the web browser; try using internet explorer if you haven't. That didn't work for me, though, and I still can't play it :/

Everytime i try to play a message comes up saying "the server connection failed:its either full or misconfigured".
WHAT THE HELL DO I DO?!!
please help me.
