Thanks guys!

I think it was not rolling back because I flooded the rollback command, and it was not buffering it in a que.

I have made an Xchad command to automatically issue the commands, now I have a pause between the rollbacks to allot for the rollback time.

I looked at this and was confused like Enari is.
It's protected, therefore it should not change. If it is, there's a bug I'd suspect.
Just do /rollback and let the server do the rest.

Is it possible to make rollback not ignore the protected zone?

Right now the protected areas are not included in the rollback for some reason. It would be really nice to get a full map refresh.

Thanks in advanced for any help.

Here is what I have to go through just to get a complete refresh:
.togglebuild
.protect
.rollback b4
.rollback b5
.rollback g4
.rollback g5
.protect b4
.protect b5
.protect g4
.protect g5
.togglebuild
