At first sight the dot looked misplaced to me, but it isn't. The problem lies in the lines surrounding it.

I would make an outline! I think it makes every scope look a bit better :P Also you could try making "shades". I think it looks weird ALL white or ALL gray in the backround. Making the red dot a pinch bigger might be good too :P

I decided to make to another one :).
I really like doing this, it's pretty awesome.

If anyone has ever played monster hunter, then they might realise that the sight looks like the bowgun sight. I decided to base it on the bowgun because the bowgun sight is pretty awesome looking (although there's never any need to snipe in MH).
