I like the spawning idea! I hate spawning all the way torward the back where you gotta walk alot more blocks.

Are you thinking about closing in the spawns?! I thought maybe you could make like a mountain where we spawn in, and have ways out?! You could still put water on the sides :P

Just a heads up, I'm trying to follow your plan as closely as possible, but I had to enlarge it so that the squares are about 10 blocks instead of 3. This is the only way the spawn zones would be inside the actual game spawn zones:

1) On Hallway, most of the spawn zone is water, which forces people to spawn on the "bases", so I'm making the spawns 60x120 and putting water behind them to get a similar effect.

2) I'm also planning on putting some thick "bridges" over the flank routes, so snipers will be able to cross the gaps and get to the cliffs directly over the spawns. This will make the flank routes technically underground, but the ceilings will be superhigh and they won't feel like tunnels.

3) I'm thinking of making the top of the cliffs look sort of like natural terrain, instead of having it perfectly flat. Something like this, except higher:

Lol I could make concept art for INCREDIBLE ideas for maps, but I'm just not good enough at the Voxel editor for maps to make maps! XD If somebody, or a group of somebodies, was up to the challenge, would you take it???

so you want the streets to be ON cliffs, really high above everything? I think it'd work better if the streets were really low and everything was SURROUNDED by cliffs (like hallway) or water (like pinpoint) :D

EDIT: otherwise you might get griefed roads that you can't walk over 20 mins into a game

Make the street Black, Make Skyscrapers Grey, other buildings Team Color (Blue side blue, green side green).

If its too small, make the outsides walls, and if someone tries to build through it, they fall to their death. :)

And please line everything up.

Blue spawn top
Green spawn Bottom
A Main intersection in the middle (4 way)
Two skyscrapers spawn entrance (Both spawns) (5 Stories tall, 12x12)
Two mini huts by the Intersection (Both sides) (3 Stories tall, 6x6)
2 flank routes on each side of both spawns (Leading to the enemy spawn)
AT the end of each side of the intersection (East + West) (2 Stories 9x9)

Ill even let you put your name at the top of the map.
