Get a program called startup delayer. The reason so many Windows computers get sooo slow is that Windows tries starting all of its programs at once such as audio managers, antivirus software etc. at one time. It eats up CPU and overall makes your computer slow. Just set everything at different times and *should* run without using as much CPU. Try disabling some programs that automatically start up also.

Try re-installing your OS, windows just gets slowly worse after 8 months or so.

When I run AoS, it's at 99% CPU usage.

That's just with AoS and Dxwnd.

lets leave it as i have one of the worst computers made in 2006 no joke and i don't have the money to buy a new computer any ways i could get it down to a 60(ish) with out buying anything

^mman ram wont help at all, since this game runs from your CPU, hence grandma's being able to play it. What computer do you have mrt?

Buy more ram. Wipe hard drive(with everything you want on a thumb drive or something).

reduce my cpu usage cause mine is getting pretty high (88% is my peak so far) any suggestions or needed info?
