No offense, but this looks pretty bad... the tall buildings are kinda neat, but it isn't all that good. Each block is approx. 2 ft Squared, and by that, your roads are six feet across. I'm currently working on a very large scale mini new-york-ish thing, and the buildings and roads are a little more "realistic".
Don't get me wrong, It isn't awful, and for a .5, it has potential. I'm just saying you may want to work quite a bit on it before you get to 1.0.
