Guess I'll take the fact that players keep leaving every four or five seconds to mean that it sucks.

150-160kBps upload required for 32players. As far as I can see, that's about ~4kBps per player. Spikes when players join. One time I hosted a server, it appeared near the top of the list and 20 people joined within a minute and I was uploading at ~2.5mBps

I've put a server up, but I have no idea whether my connection can really handle it. People are joining okay, but I don't know what the lag's like. Anyone wanna take a look and let me know whether it's worth me keeping it going?
