How do I name myself?

So I just started playing but I have no idea how to change my name.

Any help would be appreciated.

Open the config.ini file and change your name. It is located at c:\Program Files\Ace of Spades\config.ini

I tried doing it but it won't let me. It says I can't save anything.

Not sure what i'm doing wrong.

Click properties and untick read only.

Or move the config.ini to desktop, save the changes, then move it back.

I just went to my programs, used Notepad++ on the config.ini, changed my name (to Douche, will change to Deucenozzle) and just saved. I did it without any desktops, fk these methods.

Eestlane, the fact that you can do it doesn't mean that everybody can. They might not be the admins of their system or they have different system than you; I didn't need to do anything to it either tho.
