I have recently created and FG42 weapon skin, This gun was considered to be one of the most advanced infantry weapons in World War II. Seeing as the clip size in game is 10, the FG42 suited perfectly as it came with clips of 10 - 20 rounds and had the option of semi automatic fire, i aimed to get authenticity with this gun skin. The unscoped FG42 has no ironsights at the moment so I've decided to hand it out anyway so that others may use it as a resource and hopefully someone will be able to make a reticle for it. The gun itself is a bit out of proportion with the character model, but again this is why i have give out he un-scoped version as well so people can tailor it too their liking Modled after the following images: http://www.axishistory.com/fileadmin/user_upload/f/fg42.jpg ALL credit for the scopes goes to GeneralJoe, they are HIS scopes: http://ace-spades.com/forums/topic.php?id=1406 FG42 gun skins, sounds and sights FG42: http://tinypic.com/r/2qncccn/7 |

you know, i actually came to the forum today wondering if anyone had made an FG42. Marvelous. It's looking good, but I feel like it should be bigger, to compensate for... other things. here's the fg42 from Brothers in Arms (EiB) http://cdn.steampowered.com/v/gfx/apps/19800/0000005551.1920x1080.jpg?t=1293655183 fukken big. Cheers. |
