Can't connect to any server

Every time I try to connect to a server it says: "Server connection failed: it's either full or misconfigured." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing works. Please help.

i also get a thing like that. it also says might be failed map transfer. but some maps its fine.
