There are some people that walk into a match and start destroying stuff, but then there's when people that they notice their team is just failing. So what do they do they switch teams and destroy everything, then switch back. I think the the ability to switch teams is a mechanic that should be taken out, or allowed only one use.

or, just put a limit on how long you have to wait to switch teams again.

Or only allow team switching when the following conditions are met:
Other team is extremely outnumbered (4+)
You haven't switched teams in 20 minutes

But yeah, I agree. The teamswitching exploitation is absurd. I had some guy I kept killing over and over switch from blue to green so he could grief, and then he would NOT leave, and nobody would votekick him, either.

Or you could make an actual interface for votekick

F1 for yes
F2 for no
F3 for abstain

yeah, like what psypades has but intergrade it into the actual game and make it a simple button click. would make griefers 100 times faster to deal with
