dunno bout the other two, but psyspades is a type of server that makes kicking and stuff easier, in addition theyve also added features not found in the main game just as spawning next to players, airstrikes and kill streaks.

pyspades is a server tool that allows the admin to customise their server, to an extent.
For example it allows the admin to make it impossible to destroy blocks from the map, you can only destroy player made blocks. Im sure that you can easily find what pyspades is with the search, so i will do so now...

The kv6 files are, in fact, insanely easy to modify with Slab6. The player skins are the same way, but keep in mind that ANY reskin only changes how things look to you. If you make a custom gun model, like an M82, from your point of view every other player will be using the same model. From all the other player's points of views, you'll have the the default gun, or the model from THEIR reskin. The same goes for player skins.

Player and weapon skins are all client side 1337101, thats why :)
