Stanley Cup Riots

So my home team the canucks just lost and there are huge riots going on downtown. Smashed windows, cars on fire, people getting in fights everywhere. There is tons of riot police and somebody even tried to kill themselves. All I have to say is LOL.

It's 2 hours after the game and people are looting stores and shit. there is tear gas everywhere too. Also apparently a 15 year old girl was stabbed

why do people riot like that? it's just a game, i find it unfair that some people had to suffer because of this.
