Disconnected from Master Server HELP!

I keep getting this error when setting up my server. please help. this is the last step i need to make the server

You need to make sure your ports are forwarded. Please use Portforward.com.

The only reason for it to disconnect is an error in the port forwarding...
Its often something simple like one wrong number or you put tcp not udp...
