There isn't really a way to get a better aim then using the iron sights, but there are various gun mods you can download whihc may improve your accuracy.

Personally I use the original sights but can share a few sniping tips with you which you may get some mileage with.

1, Lead the target. Aim just in front of the persons head, about 1 body length. Steady your aim, and then wait for the soldiers head to 'walk into' the sights to fire your shot. This is easier than tracking and shooting in one motion.

2, Shoot stationary targets. Often when firing at the other player, they will pause to find out where the shots are coming from. This pause gives you a moment to lock on to the headshot, or another chest hit depending on the range.

3, Shoot targets from the flank. Flanking, ie being positioned at a players side, makes it harder for them to dodge your shots, as most players will dodge from side to side, or jump/ crouch to avoid incoming shots. If they are behind forward facing cover with no side protection, it alows you to shot any point of the body.

Hope this helps, and I'm there are many more tactics you will find useful.

    Peace
