I wanted to upgrade my server to Pyspades. I think I got the config folder right. When I go to start the server, It says that pyOPEN SLL 0.10 is missing. What is that? Do I need to download it? And if so, where do I?

    Help is appreciated.

Edit; does it say that because I'm running a server right now?

Can you tell me the steps?

    Here's what I did

    - Download
    - Configure
    - run

There must be more steps than that.

Actually, if I have to do all of that crap, which I don't get, I mind as well just be using the normal server. I also looked at 10se1's tutorial on Youtube, made no sense. Why can't this be easier. It's I'm trying to program something for NASA or something like that. I guess I'll never get a pyspades server. :(

Least you can run a server. I can't even figure out how to run any type of server.

Like really? Why do I have to install SEVEN programs just to get a damn Pyspades server going. With the normal server all you have to do is port forward, and your done.

The instruction link I believe was for windows vista. There is a quicker version on the pysades site that just requires one extension, but it didn't work for me. i'm running XP though.

Its complicated I know, but doing all that from the link khan gave you (which i gave him, which 10se1 gave me) is MUCH better then downloading the prebuilt, i actually did all that, and it was worth it, but meh. Wait did i give you a different link khan? Also its for both os's vista just has a change in the last part-ish

It means its ready to go after downloading it. I don't understand why it doesn't work though.

WTH? Why do I need Python 3.2? It tells me at the beginning to get 2.7. Python win32 is bullshit.

    I have Python 2.7.1 and pyWin32 is saying that I don't have python 2.7.

I know people have Pyspades, can someone who already done this help me?

Right now Pyspades is PISSING ME OFF!

pywin32 2.7 (1) is too stupid to even find Python 2.7.1 and It won't install. I have Python 2.7.1 directly in my C drive so there should be NO reason that it shouldn't find it.

Back in the middle ages they should have used this for torture, getting Pyspades to work is worse than being hung by your toe nails.

I'd rather have hot tar poured on my back than do pyspades.

And trying to do this is worse than trying to build a castle with Mega Blocks.
