How do I make my own server?

Ok look, I'm sorry for creating a whole new thread for this question, but seriously. I want to create a server and don't know how to. Please respond with the answer. Thanks

You unfortunately, cannot make a server without the nomaster patch. You can find it somewhere on this forum.
