 I am pretty sure that water is just shallow, just like in those vietcong swamps. So you are not swimming. |

 It's only a few voxels deep. You aren't swimming in it, you're either walking or crouching and crouching gets your head just peaking out. Why do you think you die when you fall into it? It's so shallow you break your voxel bones. |
