Sadly, I've seen you guys go after legitimate fortifications too. If I ever encounter a POMF tag on a server, I will work to get the player kicked, because you've shown yourselves to be a bunch of twelve-year-olds hiding behind a veil of organization and random slogans.

And I cannot speak for the rest of us, but I'm not a 12-year-old. What do you mean by "random slogans"? The closest thing to a tradition we have is the removal of irrelevant structures, and occasionally writing "POMF" on the map, if one wishes. We don't think we're being "cool" and "edgy" by acting out against the norm, we just do what we feel is right and necessary for the world.

Also, saying "just play like the rest of us" merely asserts your undeserved sense of self-importance and desire to conform all who disagree with you to your side, through use of kicking, killing, or any means necessary.

Oh, and we don't all play with the tag on at all times.

Well, I don't know. The fact that one can grief and build makes ace of spades different from other FPSes. If you can't build and stuff, it's your basic shooting game, generally speaking.

@Dust: First off, a griefer is, by definition, someone who causes grief (sadness) to another. If someone is deeply affected with sadness over the loss of a block structure, then that's a sign they need to get away from the game and learn what really matters in their lives.

-If you don't like people breaking your things, try starting pyspades and making your own private server?
-If you don't like people breaking worthless structures, play Minecraft. I honestly agree with this, as Minecraft has limited gravity, meaning to break a structure it must be disassembled piece-by-piece.

You have a point there, regarding building. And POMF's ideals include the removal of unnecessary structures, just it leaves it up to personal opinion what qualifies as "necessary".

And what I meant was that there are several counter-arguments to the "Don't like it, get your own" argument. Sorry, might not have been clear about that, I'm a bit tired. And we have been hosting our own server in the last week or so.

Aha. Interesting. In the case of destroying unnecessary things, I fully support it. ;)

Another point, I also like to bring in the amount of manpower taken from the team into the mix. If it's just one person on a full server writing "PENIS" on the ground, I generally won't care. But if like 5-10 people are off building a Deuce statue or something, that thing's coming down.
