I really like this game; it's great fun. However, often (in my experience) players aren't really on board with a team mindset. Sure, they're all united to 'kill the enemy,' but there isn't much cooperation beyond that. I had the idea today of including Machine Guns or bazookas that require two players to operate into the game. You know, one shooting and one loading. They would be not operable with just one player, but they'd be really useful when used correctly. Just a suggestion. Good luck with the project, you have my utmost support. |

With regards to what? |

Not sure about the bazooka idea, I've suggested something similar before, but the thought of greifers is always brought up. If it took two people to operate, it would be harder for greifers to leverage this. |

That wasn't my original motivation, but yes, I agree. I originally thought about the dual-operators because people seem to complain about the inclusion of automatic weapons. Maybe they could be relocated, but they would need to be packed up and re-deployed, which would involve trench-digging and the like. |

I think having deployable machine gun emplacements is a neat idea. They'd be great for defense and so on! We cant have people running around with assault rifles though, I think it'd ruin it. I think the sophistication of weaponry should be limited to the WW1 era. |

I agree. AoS always struck me as a WWI game, which is a refreshing change to all the WWII games out there these days. I don't want assault rifles in the game either. |

Flame Thrower. Absolutely useless at long range, but a beast in trench warfare. It does no damage to blocks. It adds a little backpack that explodes when shot, making the user a walking minibomb. They also cannot carry the intel and the flame thrower at the same time. also, either pick axe or shovel should deal damage. |

Bayonet--- A knife attached to the end of the gun. It is one of the simplest suggestions. |

i agree with the machine guns bro but only if there placed at certain spots because jumping up thos mountains everyone would get raped |

Melee would definitely be an improvement in this game. To many times I have been in close quarters combat just for the two of us to be running around like idiots trying to aim at each other. So many deaths would be undone if i could of just stuck um with the pointy end... |

yea melee would be great |

Love the bayonet idea... |

No, I prefer an airplane with 2 bombs in start. It could have 100 fuel and it drains 15 fuel every 20 seconds. The airplane couldn't be able to "ram" enemies, it would explode just in case of some hardcore doods that try to be cool for their bitches. |

Considering that this game is not related to WW1 (Ben said so himself in interview) it doesn't need to bge WW1. Still, I would like to see new weapons, but not people running aroun with assaults like you said. Btw, Gehwer42 (or whatever it is, the current rifle) was made isn 1940s, I've heard. |

I'm all in with the mg emplacements that need 2 players. However, I think the bazooka is not a really great idea for some reason and I believe that it would only be useful against tanks, and we don't want tanks. And IMHO, WW1 is a good limitation because that keeps the ideas from going bizarre. And there is too many games about WW2. |
