Sticky a Tutorial for the newbies?

It's been getting on my nerves lately that so many people ask for applying textures and what not, or how to play the game. I think it's best that we sticky a tutorial page so that people can know how to first hand. It should include instructions for almost everything that's existed for AoS(modding, playing, etc.). Make the title easily noticeable in all caps.

Please, I'm just tired of all the dumb questions from people too lazy to search...

What needs to be stickied:

The "How to change the avatar" thread, and a thread that provides all the links to community resources, such as the wiki, the new imageboard, and other such things.

A sticky is in the workings currently that combines both alexthecreeper's draft as well as TheGrandmaster's along with a few things of mine thrown in.
