initdirectdraw failed on 0.54

I just got initdirectdraw failed issue on EVERY server (it used to be problem only on psypades server).

So far, any "solution" i've tried:

1. Change resolution, didnt work
2. Reinstall the game, same

Have any other solution?

First, restart PC and try again. That sometimes works.

If not, go to Run -> dxdiag -> Display -> directx tests. Have a go through a few of those and post any bogus results.
