    Wrong, a gun does not turn a player into a noob and only a noob would complaine
    about a gun. SMG is only for close range, THATS IT. If you want you can just your pesky rifle and dont whine about it. Also I have to say that I enjoy to see someone trying to hide behinde a wall and then to destroy the wall along with killing him.

    1. Recoil is fine if you fire in short bursts.
    2. I don't see how they are weak at all.
    3. Try using sights to aim with, instead of running around going HUURRRRR.
    4. They are not meant to be used from afar, thats what rifles are for.

    Surprisingly, this game requires some skill to play.

    Since he only posted the cons, I'll post the pros.

    - Good at short range
    - Automatic
    - only 3 hits to the head to kill someone
    - More accurate when fired in short bursts
    - Great for defending
    - Can be used to break blocks in quick succession

    I don't see how 3 hit headshots is considered a "pro"
    If you're just going to fire in short bursts, just use the rifle.

    the recoil and power DOES make it weak. If you're playing against a skilled person with a rifle, the smg always loses.

    You can easily get kills at medium range all they way out to fog distance with the SMG.

    The SMG is an OK close rage gun, but it's the comparison to the other gun that makes it look terrible. The semi still overpowers it in many occasions, not to mention that there are almost no close rang encounters in this game...

    I think I've been killed by an SMG like... four times ever. Seriously.

    The only reason the smg is anywhere close to useful is because the rifle has been raped. If it had its old accuracy back, the smg would get wasted every time from far away.

    Also, the rifle is better at point blank range because it only takes 1 head-shot.
    As it stands, the rifle beats the smg most of the time, but the smg works sometimes.

    I, personally, feel that the rifle needs its old accuracy back, and the smg needs less recoil and 2 hit headshots. That would make the rifle always better far away and the smg useful in a small number of situations, but excel in them, just like smgs in the real military.
