How to change the avatar?

I'd like to have a custom avatar, but I dunno how I could do that. In the 'Profile'-section there seems to be no such link as 'avatar'. I probadly feel like one of those Deuces, who ask how to change their name, but I anways ask this.

Actually, Deuces should read the God damn readme file. There's a reason why it says "readme".
