Ehhhh... this one's iffy. Musically, no one copied. Since it's the style of the video, I'm not so sure. However, this involved Weird Al, so I wouldn't be surprised lol...

I had no clue Weird Al was still making music! Hah.
Both videos are cool (although I'm not a fan of either artist)

Also, Avenged Sevenfold already did something similar to this.

No one "copied" in my opinion. Maybe one of them saw the other's video and decided to add their own twist. It also saves them a lot of money.

Just because somone does something similar to somone else doesn't mean they're copying.

Typography was a big hit on youtube a few years back. Really good stuff. "Whats he building in there" is a great example of the typography trend.

However, I have a feeling the same artist did the two videos - probably pitching their idea to each artist. Weird Al probably got wind of what was going on too, decided to shoot one the same way.

    Also, thanks for these links.

Now stop forwarding that crap to me.

It's just a vid style, used in many other videos. Next example (so far oldest in this thread) -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCEycZBHwzs

I like Immortal Technique, but I can't take that song seriously, it's just the way he says "It was you nigga, tell the truth nigga".
