Unlikely, doesn't have cult-following like minecraft and thus far the game is free. |

Homebrew... Meh. I don't think anyone would be willing to even port it to handheld consoles, nor would most people be willing to go through the hassle of playing with others when they have the official version on PC. |

Maybe in the future. The game does have the potential for a larger user base |

Try playing story on Call of Duty it is pretty cool, you don't have to play multiplayer; cause that is why people hate it the most. Just try the story and then throw it away. You don't have to like the post you can delete it if you want mods. Anyway a story on Ace of Spades would be epic think about a hill, trenches, sniping towers, underground tunnels, running for the intel it could be great. I wonder what game the creator (Ben Aksoy) plays EDIT--- oops that was totally off topic sorry anyway yeah it would be cool to play on xbox ;-) |

Im typing this from my phone so excuse my lack of depth response and any horrible grammar. Porting a game (or any program for that matter) to a different architecture is not an easy task. To port it to lets say Xbox, it would require porting to a XNA supported language/framework such as C#. To impliment some sort of single-player feature, Ben would have to refactor a vast majority of the code as well as work on two separate types of gameplay. Unless he were to add more developers to work on it, it doesn`t seem likely |

VOXLAP is *very* win32 only, and it cannot be compiled on GCC (the compiler pretty much all other platforms use). Ben would have to 1) Port the ASM parts of VOXLAP to GCC-compatible syntax (some people have tried to do this already, but failed) or 2) Write his own engine from scratch (using something like OpenGL). I doubt Ben will go down this route. I don't think we'll see a port any time soon :P |

@Percy: CoD: MW is still decent IMO. I haven't played MW2 and Black Ops yet so I can't tell anything about them. :P |
