cant connect to server

i played for 20 minutes earlier today and thought the game is great....however. I now cannot connect. Every time i try it says cannot connect to server its either full or misconfigured.

I have tried every suggestion in the forums please could somebody help. Is there currently a server issue? or is it a problem with the new build?
