Need pro editor to turn pic into ironsight

Id like someone to turn this pic into a scope, i used to own one before, but i accidently deleted itand also i cant find it on the forums.

If any of you could direct me to the thread, or hell even quickly convert this into a scope, id be realy gratful.

its already been made, horribly a few times. Just copy/paste it into sumopaint/paint.net/gimp and center the irons, then add black all around.
