How do you guys feel about a completely flat map but maybe with a few hills here and there for material use, and maybe a small stream. Any advice? It will be my first attempt at a map. My idea for the gameplay would be to focus your time and effort building up defenses to protect your intel instead of making it strictly deathmatch like on a lot of servers. Thanks for feedback :)

You mean something like the vanilla, only with much milder hills?

Something that simple would really make more sense as a map generator... nothings, how hard would it be to make a map generator that just did a vanillagen with all features being half as tall as normal?

Yes, 133, exactly like that but i mean extreme flatness, like rock bottom, or better yet a few layers of diggable ground just so we can get some tunnels going :)

I have a feeling it would attract the bad type of builders and therefore greifers.

Love, ive changed my mind to a few layers to tunnel, and team griefers would just be banned or kicked, as far as enemy griefing, i support it, its part of the gameplay

I support nonteam or team switch greifing as well. But it can be hard to kick a greifer. Don't think I'm saying you shouldn't make the map tho! I'd love to see how it turns out!

Yeah, well thanks, Ill do my best because at the moment i have no idea how to use the editor hah, ill try finishing it up in a couple of hours though!
