Open C:\ace of spades
Locate png folder
Replace semi.png with a scope of your choice, many scopes can be found in the Maps & Mods section of this website, as well as many other places on the interwebs. I'm sure Google can help you.

Also, look at the Wiki before making any more topics that have already been answered 10,000 times before. I know, the search function on this website isn't very good.
